Therapeutic Art or Expressive Art making is a creative tool and outlet that can assist you to pursue clarity into your current emotional, mental and/or spiritual state. The focus is on placing emphasis on the process of creation and not the final product. Consequently, no previous art experience is necessary. Therapeutic Art is based on self-expression and not your technical art abilities.
Together, we will create a piece of art in either a group or one-on-one virtual setting. Using the nonverbal language of art, supported in an environment of encouragement, compassion, and empowerment you will express yourself freely, spontaneously, and creatively.
I will NOT judge, evaluate, or interpret your art.
I WILL provide you with gentle coaching, inspiration, and motivation in a supportive atmosphere.
My role is to be present and witness your creative process by providing you with a supportive art session.
